Bad Detectives has come a long way since it was first submitted to Tabletop Deathmatch 2013. Prototypes have been built and discarded, the original mechanics have been altered significantly over a year's worth of design, and even the title is new. The end result is a simpler, faster, more visually appealing game. The theme of the game remains strong and enjoyable, and the tension between cooperating with your fellow players while looking out for your own interests is higher than ever. I am proud to submit this new game to Tabletop Deathmatch 2014, and hope the judges enjoy reviewing it as much as I enjoy creating it.
Please stay tuned for updates as the development of Bad Detectives continues. There will be playtest reports, plenty of photos, and a print and play version is forthcoming in the next few weeks.
